Cytkit will be offered according to the following options, plus full instructions and support.

• Product options:
  • CYKIT-O-1: Cykit open source only, with a supporter’s kit of a Cytkit-branded T-shirt, Cytkit mug, and 3D-printed miniature model of the Cytkit. Note that you must source your own detectors and lab electronics as detailed in the build instructions
  • CYKIT-K-1: the full Cykit 2S-14F kit (all parts to assemble, align and test in about 8 hours, connect via USB to your host PC running Honeychrome on Windows/MacOS/Linux)
  • CYKIT-A-1: Cykit fully assembled, factory aligned, professionally installed in your lab with a training session provided
  • CYKIT-E-1: Cykit 2S-14F electronics system only
• CYKIT-O-1 is just the design plus a supporter’s kit; you must source all the parts on our list, print the mechanical components using an FDM printer, source your own electronics according to the specifications in the design.
• CYKIT-K-1 contains everything you need to assemble a Cykit: optical components, solid state detectors, electronics hardware, fluidic components, 3D-printed mechanical components. You would the assemble the components according to our video instructions.
• CYKIT-A-1 is the same components as CYKIT-K-1 except fully assembled, aligned and tested in our factory. We install it in your lab and train you.
• CYKIT-E-1 is the Cykit Electronics System only. This comprises 2x photodiode detector board, 1 x 14-channel SiPM board, 1 x digital cytometer control board, plus all connectors. You can source all remaining components, including all optical, mechanical and fluidic components from separate suppliers.
• For all product options, you can download and run the open-source cross-platform software interface on your computer, connecting to Cytkit by USB 2.0. Follow the instructions to configure, align and maintain the instrument.
